CINK Programs
CINK is not a lifelong program. Clients are not bound to continual lessons to maintain results. Instead we give you the guidance and training to return to whatever activity you love but with a body that is more responsive to the positive effects of that activity.
These are the different program series we offer:
BASIC SERIES:
This series focuses on releasing the body from dysfunctional lines and their damaging effects. In their place we will build new ideal lines to connect and harmonize the body.
Comprehensive 1.5 -hour Evaluation:

Personalized Treatment Plan
Private Lessons: 6 weeks
(2-3) Private 1.5-hour lessons per week
Individual homework assignments designed to connect the movements learned from lessons with the movements in everyday life.

SECOND SERIES:
Movement through Ideal Lines
This series applies the new functional ideal lines to all your movement patterns, enabling the body to be protected at all times.
Comprehensive 1.5 -hour Evaluation:
Diagnose the stability of the ideal lines in your body.
Discover your basic movement patterns that allow the old dysfunctional energy lines become dominate.
Body Re-structuring Photograph to document these movement patterns.
Personalized treatment plan to develop complete movement through the ideal lines.
Private Lessons: 6 weeks
(2-3) 1.5-hour lessons (to master the more advanced movements) per week.
Individualized homework assignments each week to connect the movements taught in your lessons with your everyday movements patterns.
Final Evaluation:
Final 1.5- hour evaluation
New Body Re-structure photographs to document your progress
Individualized written program for continuing progress on your own.
THIRD SERIES:
Advanced Athletic Movement
After completing the first two series, clients may advance to the Athletic Movement Series. In this series your movement patterns in a particular sport and/or dance will be broken down to assess where the ideal line connection is broken. An Individualized program will be designed to help regain and sustain the energy connection through this activity.
Comprehensive 1.5 -hour Evaluation:
A “walk-through” the movements of your sport/dance to see where the energy from the ideal lines disconnect.
Photograph your body for documentation and provide a drawing of your energy lines from their weakest point.
Create a personalized plan to quickly correct these weakened movement patterns so you can maintain ideal energy lines throughout your sport.
Private Lessons: 3-6 weeks
(2-3) 1.5-hour lessons per week to cover the complexity and variety of movements in your chosen sport.
Homework assignments each week to help your body connect movements learned from these lessons with the movements of your everyday movements patterns.
Final Evaluation:
Final 1.5-hour evaluation

PRE-SERIES:
Severe/Chronic Pain, Injuries and Nerve Damage
For those requiring extra time and attention to heal from various injuries we offer a pre-series.
Comprehensive 1.5 -hour Evaluation:
Body type diagnosis.
Individual Lines Structural Drawing.
Body Structure Photograph.
Meta-symptom diagnosis and the underlying cause of your pain.
Design a personalized plan for relief of pain.
Private Lessons: 6 weeks
(2-3) Private 1.5-hour lessons per week.
Mayo-facial release to ease nerve and joint pain.
Individualized homework assignments each week to connect movements taught in your lessons with your everyday movement patterns.
Final Evaluation:
Final 1.5- hour evaluation

CINK Certification
CINK APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM — LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION*
APPRENTICESHIP-TRAINING:
Private or semi-private instruction by a certified instructor until you can demonstrate advanced skill in these areas:
Awareness:
1. Identification of your body type.
2. Identification of your physio-mechanical difficulties.
3. Identification of your injuries.Performing level 1 repertoire:
1. Knowledge of repertoire.
2. Overcome your physio-mechanical difficulties until you can perform all exercises using:• Correct diaphragmatic breathing.
• Muscles in eccentric fashion.
• Correct muscle choice for each movement.3. Overcome your injuries until:
• Realignment of your skeletal structure.
• Areas of muscle tightness have been stretched, muscle strain relieved.
• Joints have increased space and range of movement.
• Can perform all exercises without pain.Teaching level 1 repertoire.
1. Know purpose for each exercise in repertoire.
2. Recognize and correct physio-mechanical difficulties in others including:• Types of incorrect breathing.
• Muscle engagement in eccentric and concentric fashions.
• Correct and incorrect muscle choice for each movement.Body Types:
1. Recognition of the 4 body structures.
2. Training objectives for each body type.
3. Exercises important for each body type.
4. Physio-mechanical problems of each body type.
5. Common injuries of each body type.
APPRENTICESHIP TEST — given by Master Instructor:
Invitation by certified instructor.
Physical qualification:
1. Ability to physically demonstrate all level 1 exercises both correctly and incorrectly.
Teaching qualification:
1. Verbal: Ability to verbally walk client through exercises and verbally correct form.
2. Physical: Ability to physically walk client through exercises and physically correct form.Body Type Identification qualification:
1. Ability to recognize body types.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of training objectives for each body type.
3. Demonstrate knowledge of exercises important for each body type.
4. Demonstrate knowledge of various physio-mechanical problems of each body type.
5. Demonstrate knowledge of common injuries of each body type.
APPRENTICESHIP PERIOD:
Continued private or semi-private instruction by a Master Instructor focusing on:
1. Correction of body types
• How to correct various physio-mechanical problems to transform body types.
• Use of different exercises to change alignment.2. Identification and correction of injuries:
• Recognition of various injuries and mild scoliosis in actual clients.
• Knowledge of exercises used to help various injuries.
• Proper correction and sensitivity to heal various injuries.3. Designing individual programs:
• Recognize body type, individual physio-mechanical difficulties, and injuries in each client.
• Recognize meta-symptoms and prioritize treatments for them.
• How to create individual repertoire and multi-step plan from:- Identification of client’s body type
- Injuries
- Meta-symptoms
- Physical goals
- Physical fitness.40 Hours Observation of lessons by a Master Instructor:
1. Showing a broad range of body types.
2. Showing a broad range of physical fitness.
3. Showing a broad range of advancement in Taylor Method training.
4. Showing a broad range of simple injuries and mild scoliosis30 Hours Assistant Teaching under Master Instructor.
CERTIFICATION TEST — given by Havilah Hoffman:
Invitation by certified instructor.
Resume of clients with improvement of physio-mechanical difficulties.
Body Types:
1. Demonstrate smart exercise choices and gifted instruction to correct various physio-mechanical problems to transform body types.
2. Demonstrate smart exercise choices and gifted instruction to change alignment..Injuries:
1. Recognize various injuries and mild scoliosis.
